Development Characteristics in Department of Electro-Optical Engineering

Cultivating basic talents in electro-optical technology, there are three fields.
1. Electro-optical devices and material manufacturing process
2. Electro-optical precision measurement
3. Optical communication and information

Students are trained to become professional electro-optical talents with both theory and practice.

Excellent students are recommended to complete the four-year university and one-year master's course and obtain a master's degree as soon as possible.

GroupB:Wide range of optical/electrical system integration and application, Innovative semiconductor process, Nanotechnology and biomedical electro-optical devices,Electro-optical integrated circuit design, Advanced electro-optical physics/materials/simulation, Optical design and electro-optical equipment, Micro-optic electromechanical system, Microwave/optical fiber communication/detection system, Research and application of micro energy, Electro-optical precision measurement and application, EM Wave coherent control & plasma applications, Chlorophyll energetics & DNA-catalyzed fuel cells, Maglev solar power, Theory and experiment of light-induced protein, Color cryptography and virtual reality.
